1. Organiser and scope

These MyTavs Preregistration and Service Terms of Use govern free preregistration with MyTavs. The organiser is Andrei Starovoitov, an individual located in Antalya, Republic of Türkiye. The city information is not a complete postal address. MyTavs is the project's name. You can send project questions through the contact form and personal data requests to [email protected].

At this stage the project operates as an informational waiting list (waitlist). Preregistration lets a provider submit a profile and a customer express interest in a future launch. The Personal Data Processing Notice (KVKK) explains how personal data is processed.

2. What is available now

A service provider can create an account and submit a profile about services in Antalya. A customer can create an account and express interest in a future launch. Registration and login by email use a one-time numeric code sent to that address. Both roles require a verified email address, including registration through Telegram.

Participation is free. Provider search, customer job listings, purchasing leads and taking payments are currently unavailable. Paid advertising for the project has not started. Profiles are not automatically published in a public directory or sent to customers as offers to perform work. Publishing a profile or sharing contact details with customers will require separate information and an explicit choice by the user. Technical recipients involved in the website, bot and emails are described in the Personal Data Processing Notice (KVKK); these are separate data flows.

Registration does not guarantee a launch date, availability of a service category, an invitation by a particular date, work, income or finding a provider. Reviewing a profile does not verify qualifications, licences, a residence permit or permission to work. Registration with MyTavs grants none of these rights to a participant or the organiser.

3. Participation rules

Participation is limited to people aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to accept these terms themselves. MyTavs does not claim to verify age. Provide accurate information about yourself and only contact details and material you are entitled to use. Do not send identity documents (passport, kimlik or residence permit), bank card details, other banking or health information, passwords or other people's personal data without a lawful basis. Use trademarks, contact details and other material only when you have the right to do so. Enter a one-time code only in the relevant login step.

Fraud, unlawful offers, spam, impersonation and attempts to access other people's accounts are prohibited. Providers are responsible for the legal requirements to supply their services in Türkiye, including a work permit (çalışma izni) or applicable exemption, tax registration, professional authorisations and licences where required for their status and activity. MyTavs does not conduct an immigration, legal or tax audit and does not verify compliance with these requirements.

4. The project's role and responsibility

During preregistration, MyTavs does not enter into agreements for work between customers and providers or take payment for that work. Preregistration alone does not create a relationship in which the organiser employs a participant, orders work from them or performs work for them. It does not exempt either party from mandatory tax or other legal requirements. Rules for any future service will be provided separately before use.

MyTavs does not guarantee the outcome, quality, safety or lawfulness of a particular provider's future work. These terms do not remove users' mandatory rights, the organiser's personal data obligations or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Data and messages

Accepting the terms and acknowledging the privacy notice are separate actions. Neither is blanket permission for advertising, profile publication or international data transfers. The actions are explained on the Acknowledgements and messages page.

You can separately choose “Email me when MyTavs launches”. This is a voluntary request for one launch email containing a link to the website. Pricing and how the future service works will be available on the website. The checkbox starts empty; registration does not require it. The choice is saved for your account after email verification and can be changed or withdrawn in your account or through [email protected]. Earlier registrations are not automatically opted in. The bot offers an equivalent separate choice.

MyTavs currently only records this choice: no launch email is sent, and addresses are not exported or synchronised with the email service's marketing lists. Regular news and advertising mailings remain disabled. Login codes, service confirmation of account creation and messages about account or profile actions you request support those actions separately and do not depend on the launch email choice.

6. Leaving and changes

You can delete your active account using the deletion function. It removes associated records from the active database and ends account access. A separate contact form enquiry is not linked to the account and has its own retention period. Send deletion or other rights requests to [email protected] using the procedure in the Personal Data Processing Notice (KVKK). Deletion duties also cover backups and data transferred to recipients; the notice explains current periods and processing details.

The organiser may restrict use following a breach of these terms or a security threat. You can use the contact form to request an explanation or reconsideration. Preregistration may change or end; this does not remove obligations concerning data already collected.

These terms do not impose retroactive charges or a material change to the service's role. Relevant information and terms will be provided for new features.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, preserving the user's mandatory rights under applicable law. The parties may try to resolve a disagreement through the contact form or [email protected]. Such contact is not a mandatory prerequisite to court proceedings and does not suspend statutory time limits.

Disputes are handled by the authorities, courts and enforcement offices competent under the law. These terms do not establish exclusive jurisdiction in Antalya or limit mandatory rights to approach competent bodies, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
